"Certified Like New" horrors?

Just received my 5th certified like new droid x. All have been defective, yet verizon refuses to replace with a new phone. Ive had it. Any similar stories?

  1. I've got a Samsung Omnia II. It sucks shit and there is NO off button. Verizon needs to make better phones.

  3. In uk we have a mobile service called "3".
    They had an amount of free minutes in a month but they were being sneaky and redirecting my calls via another country so they could charge me more.

  12. I've only had one refurbished phone. It's unbelievable the inconvenience they make you go through. Why can't you just walk out of the store with a new phone. Verizon has terrible customer service. Following

  16. i had a G1 2 years ago and i sent it in and on the 5th one i got one that would work, i still have it today
