Samsung to be sued by apple?

In a new report, apple will be suing Samsung for a variety of devices. Apple claims the Galaxy S, Nexus S, Epic 4G and the Galaxy Tab all copy the ios interface. Apple states :
“Rather than innovate and develop its own technology and a unique Samsung style for its smart phone products and computer tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple’s technology, user interface and innovative style in these infringing products."

Androids latest numbers

During today's Q1 earning report Jeff Huber reported that android averages about 350,000 devices activated and 3 billion app installs a day! The amount of activations is astonishing: almost 2.5 million a week. Is android on the iphone's heels? Let me know what you think.

Sprint launches new music download app for android.

The new service called "Sprint Music Plus" will allow sprint customers to purchase and directly download songs, albums, ringtones, and ringback tones. All purchases will be DRM free and added to your monthly bill. Let me know what you guys think

Masters golf app

Just in time for the games an official Masters app for android has been released. The app features real time scoring updates and video highlights on the go. The app also includes golf related news links as well as free live radio streaming. View course layouts as well as yardage measurements all before the game. Droid X2 to ship with Tegra 2 and HD display?

New reports are coming out that the new Droid X2 will sport a faster Tegra 2 and an HD display. The body of the phone is rumored to look identical to the last one. It is expected to be released on Verizon Wireless within the next few months. In light of the iphone is a no front-facing camera a deal breaker? Let me know what you think.
